This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Beur P.S. Case No.462 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/37 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 237 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from a flat and the petitioner and other co-accused have been arrested.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 462 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Narhat Police Station, District- Nawada on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
