Allegation is of recovery of 25 liters of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly situated co-accused, Vijay Choudhary has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.05.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.30200 of 2018.
