The petitioner seeks direction for consideration of his request for construction of a link road connecting the village with the main road.

Mr. Barnwal, Counsel for the State, referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit, states that steps for acquisition of land have been taken up and as soon as the land is made available, the road shall be constructed providing access to the village in question.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16205 of 2011 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 Regard being had to above, in my view, the present application, which appears to be a class action, does not require any further order to be passed.
