The petitioner seeks bail in Alauli P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 registered under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 5 liters of country made liquor made of Mahua is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.03.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
