The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail which has earlier been rejected by this court vide order dated 15.4.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4970 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 4.4.2013 and there is no progress in the trial.

Finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is again rejected in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 103 of 2013. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial taking the same on priority basis preferably within six months considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody. avin/- (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) U T
