In view of the fact that the petitioner has exhausted his remedies against his termination from the post of Constable by filing CWJC No 12148 of 2003, LPA No 291 of 2007 as also SLP No 9493 of 2008 before the Apex Court and lost on all the said three forums, this writ petition appears to have been filed under misconception. The petitioner has clearly averred regarding the rejection of his prayer by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition as well as in the Letters Patent Appeal and also by the Apex Court in SLP No 9493 of 2008.
In such circumstances, the writ petition, for the same
Patna High Court CWJC No.10573 of 2014 (7) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 relief, is misconceived and is dismissed.
