The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.01.2016, passed by the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Case No. 5 (C2) of 2015, whereby the learned Trial Court has been pleased to dispense with the personal appearance of the accused persons, but has directed the physical presence of the accused persons on 29.01.2016 for statement of accusations.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10979 of 2016(2) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the learned Trial Court and avail such other efficacious remedies as are available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.
