The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 170/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case for missing of his motorcycle. During the course of investigation, the petitioner and Bishwajeet Indra Prabhakar @ VIP were apprehended with the stolen motorcycle for which Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 184/2016 was registered.

It is submitted that the co-accused Bishwajeet Indra Prabhakar @ VIP has already been enlarged on bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 184/2016. He has also been enlarged on bail in the present case vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 30172/2016. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21343 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for one year, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 170/2016.
