The petitioner seeks bail in Munger Mahila P.S. Case No.3 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 354B and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The informant has dragged the name of the petitioner due to old enmity. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 20.03.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.
