It appears that under SGRY Scheme, the petitioner lifted 179 quintals of rice on 30.06.2002 and 15.02.2003. The Block Development Officer, Bidhan, Samastipur asked the petitioner to produce the details of distribution as well as the concerned stock register within a period of three days.

The petitioner instead of filing his reply, she has moved this Court.

In my view, the petitioner should first file her reply before the Block Development Officer, Bidhan within a period of six weeks from today. Thereafter the Block Development Officer, Bidhan would proceed to dispose of the matter in accordance with law within a
