JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 24-09-2018 This writ petition was listed on different dates but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Under the compelling circumstances today the case has been listed under the heading 'For Dismissal' to provide one more opportunity to the petitioner but even today none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.11495 of 2014 dt.24-09-2018 2/2 This writ petition was filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to stop training programme of untrained teacher through Indira Gandhi National Open University in the name and style of "DPE Course".
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE) submits that with the passage of time the present writ petition has lost its interest. Even otherwise the kind of prayer made in the present writ petition does not warrant any interference as in the matter of policy decision of the State Government how to provide in-service training is not a subject matter for scrutiny of this Court.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition stands dismissed.
