This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 323, 324, 420, 467, 468 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute between the parties, allegation in the complaint based first information report is tht the petitioners intercepted the complainant on the way and committed assault and theft. Further, allegation is that they have created documents said to be an agreement to sale executed by the uncle of the informant just to cheat the complainant.

Considering the nature of dispute and general and omni bus nature of allegation, the petitioners, above

No.19864 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
