The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sikarhata P.S. Case No.62 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 283, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that a person died due to electrocution and for that many persons including the petitioners came on the road to protest the murder and blocked the road. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The entire villagers assembled for protest of killing of a person who died due to electrocution.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29370 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sikarhata P.S. Case No.62 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
