2. This application has been filed for modification of judgment dated 20.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 586 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that owing to typographical error in the petition of CWJC No. 586 of 2018 the respondent no. 3 has been described erroneously as "Sub-divisional Officer, Araria" instead of "Sub-divisional Officer, Farbisganj" which accordingly, carried in the judgment dated 20.02.2018. He accordingly seeks modification of the judgment.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the reference to "Sub-divisional Officer, Araria" is corrected to read as "Sub-divisional Officer, Farbisganj".

5. The judgment dated 20.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 586 of

Patna High Court MJC No.3067 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 2018 stands modified to the above extent.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
