The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017, registered under Sections 272, 273 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30, 33 and 36 of the Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of apparatus for making liquor from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent are in custody since 22.02.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16673 of 2017 (3) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the ACJM, Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017.
