In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 17.09.2013, passed by the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, whereby and where-under he has remanded back the matter to the SubDivisional Officer, Sadar, Bhagalpur, who had cancelled the licence of the petitioner.

In pursuance of the remand order, the Sub-Divisional Officer, again examined the matter. It shows that the explanation submitted by the petitioner before the Sub Divisional Officer has been rejected vide order dated 28.12.2015, but this order does not

Patna High Court CWJC No.15978 of 2015 dt.18-10-2017 2/2 disclose that what further action has been taken by the SubDivisional Officer. In such view of the matter, let the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Bhagalpur, take decision on the issue of licence of the petitioner.
