Petitioner seeks bail in K. Nagar (Champa Nagar) P.S. Case No.209 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 326, 506 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is cook in Middle School, Ramnagar.

It is alleged in the written report that while informant, who is teacher of the Middle School Ramnagar, was sitting near Mango tree after taking class, petitioner came and complained that why did he favoured another cook, Ram Lakhan Paswan, and started abusing him. The petitioner threw hot water of

Counsel for the petitioner submits that instant case is counter blast of K. Nagar P.S. Case No.208 of 2019 registered under Section(s) 354-B Indian Penal Code and other allied Sections filed by the petitioner against the informant. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Nagar (Champa Nagar) P.S. Case No.209 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
