Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2015 registered under Sections- 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier granted bail by the Court below vide order dated 18.12.2015 passed in B.A. No. 217 of 2015, however on the prayer of the informant bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled on 09.03.016. Petitioner voluntarily surrendered before the Court below on 22.03.2017 and since then he is in custody. Petitioner did not misuse the privilege of bail. No.21241 of 2017 (3) dt.22-06-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. 1st, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 350 of 2017.
