JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 648 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 8 and 20(b)(ii) B of the NDPS Act.

As per the allegation in the written report 1 kg 950 grams of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that quantity of the recovered Ganja is below the commercial quantity. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 20.09.2016. He has clean antecedent.

Having considered the fact that the petitioner has

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
