ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-10-2023 The only relief sought by the petitioner is seeking a direction from this Hon'ble Court to the second respondent to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner in the month of January 2023.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has stated that he has no objection if the direction is given to the second respondent to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the above mentioned submissions, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the second respondent to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner against the orders of cancellation of the license of the petitioner

4. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

5. It is needless to mention that before passing an order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing.

6. Any order passed, shall be communicated to the parties.
