The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 7 of E.C. Act. Allegation is that after searching of stocks of the petitioner, wheat was found short in his store and on demand he did not produce stock register and other documents. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer. The discrepancy in the stock is due to some of the consumer had taken wheat and not taken rice. Same is evident

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. case No.92 of 2019.
