The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.7 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation, looted mobile was recovered from the possession of this petitioner as it appears from paragraph 43 of the case diary.

It is submitted that the petitioner purchased the mobile and the seller of the mobile made statement in paragraph 44 of the case diary. The petitioner had no knowledge that the mobile purchased by him was looted one. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.02.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21745 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
