2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has participated in the kidnapping of the victim. He has been caught on the spot along with other criminals and the victim was recovered from them. The petitioner is in jail since 27.02.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57561 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
