Considering the period of custody of the appellants, facts and circumstances of the case, during the pendency of this appeal, let the sentence imposed upon the appellants be suspended and the appellants, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Supaul in connection with Sessions Trial No. 136 of 2010 arising out of Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 02 of 2009.
