The Petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 800 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 427,436,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report the informant all of sudden got awoke and found her house burning. She has further stated that she saw this petitioner and Nain Kumar Sahni running away. As such mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner.
