The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, the petitioners and other co-caused having pistol came at the place of occurrence and Kallu @ Md. Niyaz started firing which caused injury to Md. Amzad. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that no specific overt-act has been alleged against the petitioners and the petitioners claim clean antecedent.
