The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 380 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the allegation of demanding ransom and taking thumb impression on the four stamp papers is false. The parties are cousin brothers.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22645 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
