In the application seeking anticipatory bail, registered as Cr. Misc. No. 44513 of 2019, in the prayer portion, satisfaction of 'I Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur', was typed and accordingly while allowing the anticipatory bail by order dated 19.07.2019, it had been directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond and sureties etc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52179 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur, in Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019. It has been stated in the present application seeking modification that the matter is pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Samastipur, and accordingly his satisfaction need to be recorded and the order of this Court dated 19.07.2019, whereby the petitioners have been allowed anticipatory bail, be modified accordingly.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed, let satisfaction of 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Samastipur', be read in the order dated 19.07.2019 instead of 'I Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur'.

Time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond, by order dated 19.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44513 of 2019, is hereby extended by three weeks from today.
