1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw the present regular bail application with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, the Court expects that the learned trial Court shall expeditiously frame the charge as petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.11.2020 on the allegation that 500gm. of charas was found from his possession which is less than commercial quantity. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
