JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC. Prosecution story is that petitioner get the appointment on the basis of forged matriculation certificate. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation of appointment on the basis of forged matriculation certificate is false. As as matter of fact, the allegation is that he appeared again in the matriculation examination and on the basis of the certificate in the second examination, he get the appointment. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner ordered for removal has already been passed by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52367 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 authority and as such, he has already been punished for the said offence. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the court below and on condition that he will co-operate in the investigation and appear before the police as and when required.
