Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 29 of 2017 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the house or conscious possession of the petitioner. petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
