The petitioner is accused in connection with Vidayapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)/35 (a)/38 (1)(2) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The alleged wine does not belong to the petitioner rather it belongs to co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs.
