2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Sri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No. 196 of 2022 registered under section 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R, his name surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused Anil Kumar. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the materials available on record, no ground for grant of bail is made out. This application is again dismissed.
