JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/342 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, petitioner is said to have inflicted knife blow causing grievous injury to the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner.
