Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Country-made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of three persons including the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 16.09.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
