Notice was issued to opposite party no.2 but none appeared on behalf of the opposite party no.2 This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 5.2.15 by which the petition filed by the petitioners under Section 227 of the Cr. P.C. was rejected.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that learned Court below after looking into the case diary by speaking order has rejected the petition filed under Section 227 Cr. P .C. on behalf of the petitioners. The Court below has mentioned in the impugned order that witnesses in paragraph nos. 6,7, 8 and 11 of the case diary has supported the case.
