2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 13.07.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2765 of 2023, partial compliance has been made.

3. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that the admitted land of the petitioner has been recorded in his name. So far as other land shares are concerned, those lands were not been recorded in his name as per the documents.

As such, in this view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and the present M.J.C. petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner that after recording of the land if petitioner has any objection and he has proof of other documents, he shall take shelter within the framework of law and move accordingly.
