Case No. 211 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been named in this case merely on suspicion, There is nothing in the case diary to show that this petitioner was seen making fire on the deceased. Mere vague allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 29-112016.
