Petitioner is accused in connection withParaiya P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 364(A) of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 36990 of 2015, 39512 of 2015, 31580 of 2015, 40934 of 2015, 58020 of 2015, 40326 of 2015, 17344 of 2015 and 33679 of 2015. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17513 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mrs. Shefali Narain, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014.
