Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 registered under Section30A of the Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of 19 liters 800 ml liquor from two motorcycles, petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2017. In fact nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22787 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017.
