Heard learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner committed theft of paddy bags.

Submission of the petitioner is that due to dispute relating to payment of carriage, the false case has been lodged. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22216 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bhojpur (Arrah)/successor Court in connection with Agiaon (G) Police Station Case No. 06 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
