The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhubani Nagar P.S. Case No.24 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 166(A), 408 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

From reading of the first information report and the allegation levelled against the petitioner it appears that the petitioner might have been negligent in duty for which he may be proceeded departmentally but no offence is made out against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.64727 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Nagar P.S. Case No.24 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
