2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner and the co-accused persons armed with lathi, danda, rod and pistol came and started abusing and threatening to kill the informant's father. Thereafter, all the accused persons brutally assaulted on the head of the informant's father and when the informant came on hulla then all the accused persons

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner rather the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus allegation in nature. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. Barauni P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further condition/s:-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54355 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 3/3 (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
