The petitioner seeks bail in Beur P.S. Case No. 243 of 2016, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 851 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police got information that some criminals had assembled and on such raided the place. The police arrested the petitioner and others. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol with five live cartridges has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 16.09.2016. The petitioner has already

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21849 of 2017 (3) dt.22-06-2017 2/2 remained in jail for more than nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in Beur P.S. Case No. 243 of 2016, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 851 of 2016.
