This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 498-A, 365, 364 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the maternal uncle of the husband of the alleged victim, who is said to be still missing. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, referring to First Information Report, has submitted that the main allegation is against the husband of the victim, who is already in custody and petitioner has been implicated only because of relationship with the husband of the victim. No.51470 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in Punpun P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/ Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
