The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 30(a), 38(i)(ii), 41(i)(ii) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Accusation is that 20 pouches each containing 200 ml of country made liquor was recovered from a bag which was in possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 16.04.2017.
