JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India initially a prayer was made to quash the F.I.R. of Jakkanpur P.S.Case No.270 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, but during the pendency of the case, the Investigating Officer has already submitted charge sheet and the Magistrate concerned has taken cognizance of the offence. In that view of the matter, he seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to seek other remedies
