The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 166, 167, 409, 420, 465 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. It is further submitted that the students who deposited the fee were issued admit card but those who deposited the fee to the class teacher could not be issued admit card and due to lack of depositing the fees, the admit card could not be issued. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was Head Master of the School.

No.22884 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
