The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim girl (daughter of the informant), in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has specifically stated that out of her own will, she solemnized marriage with this petitioner and no one has pressurized her for marriage. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

However, counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65097 of 2021(3) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
