The Petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b) 1, 26, 35, 25 (1-A), 25(1-AA), 25 (1-AAA) of the Arms Act, Sections 3 / 4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 18(A), 19, 20 and 21 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. As per the written report, 12 live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 16.1.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22793 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge -cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
